Terms of Service

The rules for using Galry to build and publish an art portfolio.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

1. About these terms

Galry ("we") is a service operated by Juan Pablo Briñez, an individual based in Mexico, that lets artists create, manage and publish online portfolios. By creating an account or using Galry you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password and authenticator app safe, and for everything done with your account. Tell us right away at soporte@mygalry.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans and payment

Galry is currently in an invite-only beta. During the beta, access is by invitation and we don't charge for new accounts. Before Galry charges for the service, we'll publish its prices and payment terms and ask for your agreement; nothing will be charged without it. Any payment is processed by Stripe; we never store full card details.

4. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 30 days of any payment, without having to give a reason, by writing to soporte@mygalry.com or from your billing settings. A refunded plan is deactivated and your portfolio is taken offline; a refunded design upgrade removes your custom colors and typography.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the artworks, images, texts and other content you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, resize, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate your portfolio and the service (including share previews). The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups for a limited time.

You confirm that you own or have permission to publish your content and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Galry to:

  • publish content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or impersonates others;
  • publish sexual content involving minors, content that incites violence, hate or harassment;
  • send spam, run scams or phishing, or distribute malware;
  • attack, overload, scrape or try to bypass the security of the service or other users' portfolios.

Visitors can report content. We may hide content or suspend a portfolio that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why by email.

7. Commissions and contact

Commission requests and messages go directly to the artist. Any agreement, price, delivery or payment for a commission is between the artist and the client; Galry is not a party to it and doesn't process commission payments.

8. Custom domains

If you connect your own domain, you remain responsible for registering and renewing it and for its DNS settings.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Galry available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may change features; we'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid plans.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, and our total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your account

You can export your data and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico, and disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Mexico, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have under the Federal Consumer Protection Law. Questions: soporte@mygalry.com.
